Trainers
As a general practitioner, you can become a trainer. A trainer supervises a first- or third-year postgraduate student. In the second year, postgraduate students are supervised by internship trainers who work in a mental healthcare or chronic care institute or hospital. Trainers make an essential contribution to general practice training and have a major influence on the quality of our future professionals. The postgraduate students' training focuses on learning in practice. Trainers act as an example, are subject matter experts and have teaching capabilities.
